Guild Ranks

As a guild that is planning to host raidings, achievement runs and PVP events, we need to organize the ranking system in a way that fits all these categories. For now we have a list of ranks that will help us and you in developing our guild, they are as follows:
Lord of Rebel _ this is the Guild master, the leader of the guild. This guy should: keep everyone informed about the latest developments, manage the rebellion website and forum, and manage the ranks. He needs to keep the guild in High Spirit and be there to solve the hardest as well as the basic problems.
Grand Council _ in this category we will have two players. These two players have the same job as the Guild Master, However, they also will be responsible for managing Guild Bank and Guild players. Moreover, the most important thing is that they are the ones who will pick raid leaders, PVP event leaders, and achievement leaders.
Advisor_ These guys will be: raid PVP events and Achievement leaders. They will be responsible to weekly lead a number of events, they will have to make sure that many if not all members of Rebellion guild are active in these raids.
ATTENTION: this Rank can change it members - members who deserve this rank will get it.
Advisor Council _ this rank is for players who want to become leaders and are on trial.
Crusader_ this is Veteran rank. Here will be set all Guild players who are good and who may become Advisors one day and are mostly online and active within guild.
2nd Division _ This rank is the same as Crusader but it is intended for all the ALTS in the Guild.
Recruit _ it is the basic rank that everyone gets when they join our Guild.
Probation _ This rank is simply for players that has not come online for over a month (30 days and more). No matter what rank you were if your character was absent for one month it will get demoted to this rank and you will have to start over with the ranking development!
ATTENTION: please do look out for you alts in the Guild. I do not won't for unjustice to be done, but if it comes to this and you start complaining and spamming the next rank for you will be Silencio.
Silencio _ this is the step before a KICK... here will be players who are not listening to the commands of the Guild master and its Councils. If many complain about the behaviour of a character he will be put in here to teach him a lesson.
WHY DID I GET A KICK?
You can be get kicked if you:
* Abused Rebellion Guild in anyway
* insult your guild members in Gender, National, Intellectual or in any other way.
* If you Ninja items
* If you are absent more than 40 days.
* If you only have low level chars in guild, while ur main or best ones are in other guilds or in no guilds.
* If you do not do more than 50% of raids within guild.
* and if you wish to be kicked
